Location: Oxnard, California

End Date: 09-21-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Days, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week guaranteed, every other weekend, first to float
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $95 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations as House Supervisor ensuring smooth patient care
- Coordinate nursing teams across the facility for optimal outcomes
- Float to units as needed to support acute care excellence
- Champion quality and safety in a dynamic hospital environment
Qualifications
- Active RN license required
- 2+ years of nursing experience
- ACLS, BLS Certification, and NIHSS certifications
- Ready to lead with confidence in acute settings
Education
- BSN not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in Cerner charting system
- Strong management and coordination skills
- Acute care expertise with trauma readiness
- Excellent team leadership and floating flexibility
