Shift Type: Nights, 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, 12-hour shifts, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to adult behavioral health patients including geriatric psych and bipolar cases
- Maintain optimal 1:6 nurse-to-patient ratios in a 26-bed inpatient unit
- Collaborate with the team to create meaningful recovery plans
- Utilize EPIC charting to document progress and ensure seamless communication
- Provide vigilant monitoring in a supportive environment with seclusion room access
Qualifications
- Active RN license with 2+ years of experience
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- Comfortable with 60-mile radius rule and driver's license submission
Education
- BSN preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in psychiatric nursing for adults 55+
- Familiarity with dementia and bipolar patient care
- Strong de-escalation and patient engagement skills
- Proficiency in EPIC electronic health records
