Shift Type: 12 hr Nights, every other weekend, first to float

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver critical care to trauma, neuro-stroke, and head injury patients making a real difference in their recovery
Master ICP monitoring and ventriculostomies to stabilize the most complex cases
Manage ventilators and collaborate with 24/7 RT and pharmacy teams for seamless patient care
Thrive in a fast-paced 30-bed ICU with 1:1-2 ratios that challenge and reward your skills
Float to tele or medsurg units sharing your expertise where needed most

Qualifications

Active RN license ready to submit
2-3 years of ICU experience, especially in fast-paced facilities
Previous travel experience preferred to hit the ground running
Comfortable asking questions and teaming up in a high-energy environment

Education

BSN not required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ICP monitoring, ventriculostomies, and post-tPA patients
Proficient with Cerner EMR, GE telemetry, and Hamilton vents
Strong trauma and neuro care background
Team player who excels under pressure
