Shift Type: 12-hour shifts: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM days or 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM nights, every other weekend, minimum 2 holidays

Hours per Week: 48

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide critical care to trauma, cardiac, and sepsis patients in a 33-bed ICU
Titrate cardiac drips, insulin, and sedation with precision
Read, interpret, and document GE monitor strips
Manage vents from nasal cannula to full support and troubleshoot RT equipment
Float to PCU or MedSurg maintaining fair patient ratios
Respond to on-call needs within 30 minutes to ensure patient safety

Qualifications

Active RN license
2+ years of ICU experience
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Valid driver's license for radius rule verification

Education

RN licensure required, BSN not specified

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in titratable drips like cardiac meds and sedation
Proficiency reading tele strips and managing monitors
Experience with EPIC charting
Strong skills in handling diverse cases from strokes to respiratory distress
