Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly at the front desk and handle registration with ease
- Master scheduling to keep the clinic flowing smoothly
- Room patients efficiently in this ambulatory asthma and allergy clinic
- Support both front and back office needs as the dynamic team player everyone loves
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant
- MA-C certification required
- BLS (AHA) certification
- Clinical Medical Assistant Certification (CMAC) via AMCA
Knowledge & Skills
- Front desk expertise
- Scheduling proficiency
- Clinic rooming skills
- Flexibility for front and back office support
