Roles & Responsibilities

Perform diagnostic radiographic exams with care and precision, ensuring high-quality images for diagnosis
Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while explaining procedures and ensuring patient safety
Operate and maintain imaging equipment while following radiation safety protocols
Accurately document procedures and maintain patient records in the imaging system
Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to support timely diagnostic workflows
Participate in orientation and continuing education to maintain skills and compliance

Qualifications

Active ARRT certification or registry-eligible in Radiologic Technology
State licensure in Missouri or the ability to obtain licensure prior to start
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong patient care skills and a professional, team-oriented attitude
Ability to complete required orientation and adhere to facility policies

Education

Associate's degree in Radiologic Technology or equivalent accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in standard radiographic techniques and positioning
Familiarity with PACS and electronic medical record documentation
Solid understanding of radiation safety and infection control practices
Good communication skills for working with patients of all ages
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced imaging environment
Teamwork and collaboration with radiologists and clinical staff
