Shift Type: Per diem shifts, 6-hour assignments available

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and ensure smooth recoveries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for optimal outcomes
Deliver compassionate care that helps kids bounce back quickly

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
PACU or critical care background a plus
BLS and PALS certifications required

Education

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for pediatric patients
Knowledge of post-op recovery protocols
Excellent communication with kids and families
Team player in fast-paced recovery settings
