Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional surgical care to pediatric patients
Assist in operating room procedures with precision and compassion
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Maintain sterile environments and highest safety standards
Support families during critical moments with empathy and expertise

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Pediatric OR experience preferred
BLS certification required
Commitment to pediatric patient care
Ability to thrive in fast-paced surgical settings

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong surgical nursing expertise
Pediatric patient handling and care
OR protocols and sterile technique
Team collaboration and communication
Attention to detail under pressure
