Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to pediatric med/surg patients
Monitor vital signs and administer treatments with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
Educate families and support healing journeys
Contribute to a nurturing environment at Shriners

Qualifications

Active RN license in Missouri
Pediatric med/surg experience preferred
BLS certification
Passionate about working with children
Ready for per diem flexibility

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Pediatric nursing expertise
Excellent communication with patients and families
Adaptability in a fast-paced med/surg unit
