Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare operating rooms with precision and care
Assist surgeons during procedures to ensure smooth operations
Maintain sterile environments to protect young patients
Anticipate needs and support the team seamlessly
Contribute to outstanding outcomes in pediatric surgery

Qualifications

Certified Surgical Technologist with RT experience
Current BLS certification
Pediatric experience a plus
Flexible and reliable team player
Valid Ohio license if required

Education

Completion of accredited Surgical Technology program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in surgical instrumentation and sterile technique
Strong knowledge of operating room protocols
Adaptable to rotating schedules
Excellent attention to detail and quick thinking
