Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and ensure smooth recoveries
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver outstanding care
Advocate for young patients during critical recovery phases
Contribute to a healing environment that prioritizes kids' well-being

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
PACU or critical care background a plus
BLS and PALS certifications required
Compassionate approach to pediatric care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
Current RN licensure

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for post-op pediatric patients
Expertise in pain management and recovery protocols
Excellent communication with families and teams
Ability to thrive in fast-paced recovery settings
