Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare pediatric patients for surgery with care and precision
Monitor vital signs and ensure pre-op safety
Collaborate with surgical team to deliver exceptional outcomes
Provide comforting support to young patients and families
Document procedures accurately to support seamless care

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
BLS certification required
Compassion for working with children
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced pre-op setting

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Strong pre-op assessment skills
Pediatric patient handling expertise
Excellent communication with kids and families
Attention to detail in surgical prep
Team collaboration in high-stakes environments
