Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate hands-on care to patients
Assist with daily living activities to promote comfort and independence
Monitor patient well-being and report changes promptly
Collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver outstanding support

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania
Current BLS/CPR certification
Compassionate demeanor and reliable attitude
Commitment to high-quality patient care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of state-approved CNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals
Vital signs monitoring
Infection control practices
Team collaboration and communication
