Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate care to critically ill children in the PICU
Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Provide family-centered support during challenging times

Qualifications

Active RN license in California
Pediatric ICU experience preferred
BLS and PALS certifications
Commitment to excellence in pediatric nursing

Education

Nursing degree from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical thinking in high-acuity settings
Expertise in pediatric assessment and intervention
Effective communication with young patients and families
