Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate care to critically ill children in PICU
- Monitor patient conditions and respond swiftly to changes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to optimize outcomes
- Provide family-centered support during challenging times
Qualifications
- Active RN license in California
- Pediatric ICU experience preferred
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Commitment to pediatric patient safety
