Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and ensure smooth recoveries
Collaborate with surgical teams to deliver outstanding outcomes
Advocate for young patients during critical recovery phases
Contribute to a healing environment that brightens little lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Ohio
Pediatric nursing experience preferred
PACU or critical care background a plus
BLS and PALS certifications
Compassionate approach to pediatric care

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment skills for post-op recovery
Pediatric vital signs monitoring expertise
Pain management and family communication
Teamwork in fast-paced surgical settings
Attention to detail in a children's hospital
