Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care to critically ill pediatric patients
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for best outcomes
Advocate fiercely for young patients and their families
Maintain precise documentation and safety protocols

Qualifications

Active RN license in Massachusetts
PICU experience preferred to hit the ground running
BLS and PALS certifications required
Compassionate heart for pediatric nursing
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced critical care setting

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
RN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric critical care procedures
Strong assessment and prioritization skills
Excellent communication with patients and families
Proficiency with PICU equipment and monitors
Team player mindset in high-stakes environments
