Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert post-anesthesia care to pediatric patients, ensuring smooth recoveries
Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to needs, keeping little ones safe and comfortable
Collaborate with surgeons and teams to deliver top-notch care
Educate families with compassion during critical moments
Contribute to a healing environment that brightens young lives

Qualifications

Active RN license in Washington
Pediatric nursing experience, especially in PACU or recovery settings
BLS and PALS certifications
Strong assessment skills for young patients

Education

Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in post-op pediatric care
Excellent pediatric assessment and monitoring
Compassionate family communication
Quick decision-making in recovery scenarios
