Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate critical care to pediatric patients in the PICU
- Monitor vital signs and respond swiftly to changing conditions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create tailored treatment plans
- Advocate fiercely for young patients and their families
- Maintain precise documentation to ensure seamless continuity of care
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Ohio
- PICU nursing experience preferred
- BLS and PALS certifications
- Pediatric nursing background a plus
