Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist providers with patient care in a fast-paced ambulatory clinic
Prepare patients for exams and procedures with compassion
Manage clinical tasks efficiently to keep the clinic flowing
Support the Shriners team in delivering exceptional pediatric care
Document patient interactions accurately and thoroughly

Qualifications

Active Medical Assistant certification or equivalent
Washington state credentials if required
Experience in ambulatory or outpatient settings preferred
BLS certification
Commitment to patient-centered care

Education

Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills for ambulatory procedures
Excellent patient communication and empathy
Proficiency in medical documentation and EMR systems
Team collaboration in a pediatric-focused environment
Adaptability to variable shift lengths
