Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver compassionate respiratory care to pediatric patients
Monitor and manage ventilatory support with precision
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Educate families on care plans for lasting impact

Qualifications

Active Respiratory Therapist license in Ohio
BLS certification and pediatric experience preferred
RRT credential a plus for this children's hospital

Education

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Respiratory Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in pediatric respiratory protocols
Proficiency with ventilators and airway management
Strong assessment skills in a fast-paced setting
