Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate bedside nursing care to patients as an LPN
Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols
Monitor patient status and report changes promptly to the care team
Document care accurately in the medical record and support continuity of care
Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and support staff to deliver excellent outcomes
Assist with admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote recovery

Qualifications

Active LPN license (New Hampshire or eligibility to obtain NH license)
Completion of an accredited LPN practical nursing program
Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification required or obtainable upon hire
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts and participating in orientation
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
Prior clinical experience preferred but new graduates who meet licensure requirements are encouraged to apply

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN/Vocational Nursing program; high school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic nursing interventions
Medication administration and documentation
Wound care and basic clinical procedures
Familiarity with electronic medical records and charting
Infection control best practices and safety protocols
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced healthcare setting
