Shift Type: 7-hour shifts (specific start/end times and days to be confirmed) - day/evening/rotating possibilities

Hours per Week: 35

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accurately
Monitor patient condition, report changes promptly, and collaborate with the care team
Assist with activities of daily living while promoting patient dignity and independence
Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to quality improvement
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and team members

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (or compact/state-appropriate) — required
Comfortable working 7-hour clinical shifts and adapting to schedule needs
Current Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification preferred or willing to obtain
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Recent clinical experience in long-term care, rehab, or similar settings a plus

Education

Practical nursing diploma or certificate (LPN program) required

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of common nursing assessments and documentation practices
Skill administering medications and performing routine clinical procedures
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time across a 7-hour shift
Familiarity with infection control and patient safety standards
Friendly bedside manner and strong interpersonal skills
