Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered direct care as a Licensed Practical Nurse
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately per orders and facility policy
Perform routine assessments and promptly report changes in patient condition
Document comprehensive and timely charting to ensure continuity of care
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
Assist patients with activities of daily living and support their comfort and dignity
Participate in admissions, transfers, and discharges to keep workflow smooth

Qualifications

Valid LPN license in Pennsylvania or ability to obtain one prior to start
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable providing direct patient care in a fast-paced healthcare setting
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Previous LPN experience preferred but motivated new grads are welcome to apply

Education

Completion of an accredited LPN / Practical Nursing program

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Basic patient assessment and vital signs monitoring
Infection control and safety procedures
Electronic charting and accurate documentation
Patient and family education with clear, compassionate communication
Time management and prioritization in a clinical setting
