Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document vital signs and patient status changes
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support care plans
Maintain accurate patient records and complete timely charting
Educate patients and families on care plans and follow-up needs

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Pennsylvania (required)
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
Comfortable with medication administration and basic clinical procedures
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Professional, patient-focused attitude and attention to detail

Education

Graduation from an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program or equivalent

Knowledge & Skills

Medication administration and documentation best practices
Patient assessment and monitoring of vital signs
Infection control and safety protocols
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Electronic health record (EHR) documentation skills
Effective communication with patients, families, and staff
