Shift Type: Night shift, 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM (NOC). Days not specified

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate bedside care to patients and support their comfort
Administer medications and document medication administration accurately
Perform patient assessments and report changes in condition promptly
Collaborate with nurses, providers, and the care team to deliver coordinated care
Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the patient chart
Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers to ensure smooth transitions
Promote patient safety and infection prevention practices at all times

Qualifications

Current and valid LPN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) — required
Completion of an accredited Practical Nursing program
Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads from LPN programs are welcome to apply
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to pass required background check and drug screen

Education

Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
High school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

Solid patient assessment and bedside care skills
Medication administration and documentation proficiency
Basic wound care and ADL assistance
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate charting
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical environment
Strong interpersonal skills for patient and family communication
