Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care within your scope of practice
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor and document patient status and communicate changes to the care team
Assist with daily living activities and patient comfort measures
Support successful patient throughput by collaborating with nursing and support staff
Participate in orientation and training to maintain clinical competence and compliance

Qualifications

Active LPN license in Georgia (or compact licensure where applicable)
Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain during orientation
Ability to pass background check and any required health screenings
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered mindset

Education

Graduate of an accredited practical nursing (LPN) program; state LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in basic nursing assessments and medication administration
Familiarity with electronic health records and accurate documentation
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced clinical setting
Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork
Knowledge of infection control and patient safety best practices
