Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to assigned residents
Assess and document patient conditions accurately and promptly
Administer medications and treatments according to orders and policies
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families about care plans and support discharge needs
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection prevention protocols
Support admissions, transfers, and discharge activities as needed

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Eligible to work in the U.S. with ability to pass background and drug screening
Comfortable with per diem scheduling and flexible availability
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Education

Completion of an accredited practical nursing program or equivalent diploma

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and bedside patient care
Medication administration and documentation best practices
Familiarity with basic nursing procedures and vital signs monitoring
Clear charting and timely electronic or paper documentation
Ability to work collaboratively and prioritize patient safety
