Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients — assist with activities of daily living, mobility, and personal hygiene
Monitor and record patient vital signs and report changes promptly to the nursing team
Support the nursing staff with routine clinical tasks and patient comfort measures
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control protocols
Document care accurately and communicate clearly with patients, families, and teammates
Participate actively in orientation and ongoing training to grow your skills

Qualifications

Current LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification — required
Willingness to complete facility orientation (orientation is provided)
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain
Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings per facility policy
Reliable, compassionate team player with strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Proficiency taking and documenting vital signs
Familiarity with infection-control and patient safety best practices
Good observational skills and ability to report clinical changes
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well within a care team
Basic comfort with electronic documentation or paper charting as used by the facility
