Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients including activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with patient transfers, positioning and mobility support
Take and record vital signs and report changes to the clinical team
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Document patient care accurately and communicate effectively with colleagues
Support patient comfort and dignity through respectful, person-centered interactions

Qualifications

Active LNA license or certification (New Hampshire preferred)
Current basic life support (BLS) certification if required by facility
Comfortable working 12.5-hour clinical shifts
Ability to pass standard background checks and health screenings
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
Willingness to complete required orientation

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of an approved nursing assistant program or equivalent certification

Knowledge & Skills

Practical knowledge of patient care fundamentals and safe body mechanics
Familiarity with basic charting and documentation practices
Understanding of infection prevention and patient safety protocols
Ability to follow care plans and escalate clinical concerns appropriately
Compassionate bedside manner and strong observational skills
