Shift Type: Unspecified days, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (day)

Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to geriatric residents, focusing on dignity and respect
Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) with patience and care
Observe and report changes in residents’ condition to the nursing team promptly
Document care accurately and timely to ensure continuity and safety
Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the care team to promote a supportive environment
Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment for residents

Qualifications

Current GNA certification/class (Class: GNA) as required
Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Compassionate attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Comfort with basic bedside care and resident assistance
Background check and any facility-required screenings (as per facility policy)
Previous experience with older adults preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care techniques and safe resident handling
Strong communication and team collaboration
Reliable documentation and attention to detail
Infection control and preventative care awareness
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
