Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic echocardiography and vascular ultrasound examinations with precision and care
• Produce high-quality images and accurate measurements to support clinical decision-making
• Operate and maintain ultrasound and related imaging equipment, ensuring proper function
• Document exam findings thoroughly and communicate pertinent results to the care team
• Provide compassionate patient care, explaining procedures and ensuring comfort and safety
• Work independently in the clinical setting, managing your caseload and workflow reliably
• Adhere to safety, infection control, and departmental policies at all times

Qualifications

• Certified ECHO/Vascular Technologist (certification required per posting)
• RVT (Registered Vascular Technologist) certification — required
• Ability to work alone and manage responsibilities independently in a clinical setting
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with patients and clinicians
• Comfortable with variable scheduling and adaptable to changing clinical demands

Knowledge & Skills

• Proficiency in echocardiography techniques and vascular ultrasound procedures
• Solid understanding of vascular and cardiac anatomy and hemodynamics
• Skill in Doppler imaging, spectral analysis, and accurate measurement techniques
• Familiarity with ultrasound equipment operation, image optimization, and basic troubleshooting
• Competence in documentation, PACS/DICOM workflows, and clinical reporting
• Patient-centered approach with strong assessment and safety practices
