Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care and support activities of daily living
Assist nursing staff with bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobilization
Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
Document patient information and care given in a clear and timely manner
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the care team to enhance patient experience

Qualifications

Active CNA certification in Pennsylvania (required)
Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or obtainable upon hire)
Demonstrated ability to provide patient-centered care with compassion
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
Prior CNA experience preferred but motivated new CNAs are encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification

Knowledge & Skills

Basic nursing care and patient transfer techniques
Accurate vital signs measurement and observation skills
Infection control procedures and safe handling
Patient charting and documentation best practices
Good interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
Time management and ability to prioritize patient needs
