Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and report changes to the nursing team
Support safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively during shift handoffs
Follow infection control practices and contribute to a clean, safe environment
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through attentive, respectful care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (required); must meet Pennsylvania state certification requirements
Available to start on or around May 5, 2026
Current BLS/CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Clean background check and up-to-date immunizations as required by facility
Reliable, compassionate, and able to work collaboratively within a care team

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
Effective verbal and written communication for clear documentation
Infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
Teamwork and time management in a fast-paced care environment
