Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
Support safe transfers and use proper body mechanics to protect patients and self
Document care accurately and timely in the assigned charting system
Collaborate with the care team to ensure a warm, respectful environment

Qualifications

Current and active CNA certification (required)
Valid state authorization to work as a CNA in Pennsylvania
Willingness to pass a background check and required health screenings
Strong communication and teamwork skills with a patient-first mindset
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality care

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completed CNA training program and active CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing assistant skills and resident-centered care
Basic charting and documentation practices
Understanding of infection control and safe patient handling
Calm, patient-focused approach to de-escalation and behavior support
Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
