Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and personal assistance
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs accurately and promptly
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
Communicate clearly with nurses and the care team to support care plans
Document care activities thoroughly and follow facility protocols

Qualifications

Active CNA certification (required)
Comfortable performing hands-on patient care and following direction from RNs
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to complete orientation and required facility training

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Basic clinical skills including vital signs and patient hygiene
Infection control and safe patient handling
Clear, compassionate communication with patients and teammates
Dependability, attention to detail, and ability to follow care plans
