Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes to nursing staff
Support mobility and safe transfers while promoting independence
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
Communicate with the care team and families to ensure consistent, quality care

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Ability to work day shifts beginning at 6:00 AM and stay until 6:30 PM as scheduled
Valid state-required credentials and ability to meet facility onboarding requirements
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Clear background check and up-to-date immunizations per facility policy
Strong communication skills and a compassionate patient-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with basic nursing care procedures and resident hygiene
Comfortable taking and documenting vital signs and intake/output
Good observational skills to notice and report resident condition changes
Ability to follow care plans and directions from licensed nursing staff
Team-oriented mindset and reliable attendance for scheduled shifts
