Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Assist residents safely with mobility, transfers, and positioning
Observe, record and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly
Support a clean, safe environment by following infection control and facility policies
Collaborate with nurses and the care team to deliver timely, respectful patient-centered care
Document care accurately and communicate effectively during shift handoffs

Qualifications

Current CNA certification/registry (required) — must be valid in Pennsylvania
Demonstrated ability to work 8-hour shifts and provide hands-on resident care
Clear background check and ability to meet facility health requirements
Strong communication skills and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred; current CNA certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Hands-on experience with ADLs and basic patient care
Knowledge of infection control practices and safety procedures
Basic vital signs measurement and reporting
Accurate documentation and attention to detail
Reliable time management and teamwork in a fast-paced setting
