Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to residents by assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor residents' conditions and promptly report changes to nursing staff
Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents
Document care and observations accurately in resident records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support individualized care plans

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
High school diploma or GED preferred
Previous experience in long-term care or assisted living is a plus
Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills

Education

High school diploma or GED; CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of personal care techniques and infection control practices
Ability to assist with transfers and mobility safely
Familiarity with basic vital signs monitoring and documentation
Comfortable working in a team-focused, resident-centered environment
