Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Measure and record vital signs accurately and report changes to the care team
Support safe patient transfers and maintain a clean, comfortable environment
Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Document patient interactions and care provided according to facility protocols

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
Authorization to work in California as required by state regulations
Comfortable providing direct patient care and assisting with ADLs
Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
Previous CNA experience is a plus but enthusiastic, well-trained new CNAs are welcome

Education

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Completed state-approved CNA program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Foundational nursing care and patient safety practices
Infection prevention and proper hygiene techniques
Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
Compassionate bedside manner and effective communication
Basic charting and following care plans and instructions
