Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients including assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document vital signs and patient status accurately and promptly
• Assist with patient mobility, transfers and safe positioning to reduce risk of injury
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the nursing team and follow care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control practices
• Respond promptly to patient call lights and deliver patient-centered support
• Support admissions, discharges and bedside care tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Ability to work per diem night shifts, including 6:00 PM to 6:30 AM assignments
• Comfortable providing direct patient care and working as part of a collaborative team
• Willingness to meet facility requirements such as background checks and health screenings

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in patient care basics and assistance with activities of daily living
• Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Clear documentation and effective communication with clinical team members
• Knowledge of infection prevention and safe patient handling techniques
• Compassionate bedside manner and strong teamwork skills
