Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patients thoroughly and develop individualized treatment plans based on physician orders
Deliver therapeutic procedures and modalities to restore muscle strength, range of motion, coordination, and body alignment
Implement pain management strategies to improve patient comfort and function
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans to maximize recovery and independence
Document evaluations and interventions clearly and collaborate with the care team in accordance with the State Practice Act

Qualifications

Current CA Physical Therapist License (required)
Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients and create effective treatment plans
Comfortable using a variety of therapeutic procedures and modalities
Knowledge of and commitment to practicing in accordance with the California State Practice Act
Strong communication skills and ability to work well with interdisciplinary teams
