Roles & Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, contributing to excellent patient outcomes
• Prepare, maintain, and troubleshoot Cath/EP lab equipment to ensure smooth procedures
• Document procedures and patient data accurately in MacLab with attention to detail
• Provide focused 1:1 patient care and monitoring during Cath/EP cases
• Support EP studies, ablations, device implants, Watchman/LAAO and PCI cases as part of the procedural team
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and tech staff to maintain a safe, efficient lab environment
• Participate in call rotations and respond professionally to urgent Cath cases

Qualifications

• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
• ARRT or RCIS certification required with RTR license
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath/EP lab experience
• Proficient in Cath and EP procedures, including PCI, EP studies/ablation, Watchman/LAAO, and device implants
• Familiarity with MacLab documentation system and Cath/EP equipment
• Able to work the stated day shift schedule and participate in required call rotation

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong knowledge of Cardiac Cath Lab and EP Lab procedures
• Hands-on skills with PCI, EP studies, ablation, and device implants
• Experience using MacLab and other Cath/EP documentation systems
• Ability to monitor and recognize arrhythmias and respond appropriately
• Sterile technique, instrument handling, and equipment setup/maintenance
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and patient-centered care skills
