Shift Type: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, plus every other weekend (Saturday & Sunday nights), 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC
Hours per Week: 38
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and patient observations accurately
- Support safe transfers and mobility assistance for residents
- Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate changes to nursing staff
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect patients and team members
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure each resident’s comfort and dignity
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
- Willingness and ability to work nights (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) including every other weekend and Tuesday–Thursday nights
- Comfort working in a long-term care/skilled nursing environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
- Ability to meet facility onboarding requirements and background checks
Education
- Completion of a state-approved CNA training program; high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Resident-focused care and assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Basic patient observation and documentation practices
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Infection control and standard precautions
- Time management and the ability to work effectively on night shift
