Location: Philadelphia, Pennsylvania

Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) to preserve dignity and comfort
Monitor and document patient vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper techniques to prevent injury
Support care plans by accurately charting observations and participating in team care rounds
Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards
Build trusting relationships with residents and families through clear, respectful communication

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in Pennsylvania
Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
Comfort working overnight hours and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
Compassion, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition
Infection control practices and adherence to facility policies
Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
Basic familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn
