Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) to preserve dignity and comfort
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and communicate changes to the nursing team promptly
- Assist with safe patient transfers and mobility, using proper techniques to prevent injury
- Support care plans by accurately charting observations and participating in team care rounds
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to infection control standards
- Build trusting relationships with residents and families through clear, respectful communication
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification valid in Pennsylvania
- Basic Life Support (BLS)/CPR certification preferred or willing to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
- Comfort working overnight hours and collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams
- Compassion, strong communication skills, and a patient-first mindset
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CNA certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient care fundamentals and safe transfer techniques
- Monitoring and documenting vital signs and changes in condition
- Infection control practices and adherence to facility policies
- Effective communication with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Basic familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) or willingness to learn
