Shift Type: Days: To be determined, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (Night shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to geriatric residents, supporting dignity and comfort
- Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor resident condition and promptly report changes to the nursing team
- Support mobility, transfer assistance, and fall-prevention measures
- Maintain clear, accurate documentation of care and resident observations
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver person-centered care
- Help create a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents
Qualifications
- GNA certification required
- Current CPR/BLS preferred or willing to obtain
- Valid state-required immunizations and TB screening as applicable
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings
- Comfortable working with older adult populations and dementia-friendly care approaches
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented with strong communication skills
Education
- High school diploma or GED required; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
- Strong observation and reporting skills to communicate changes in condition
- Knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
- Basic documentation skills and familiarity with care records
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to build rapport with residents and families
