Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; schedule of specific days varies (12-hour night coverage) — 13-week travel assignment

Candidate Pay Rate: $51 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to acquire high-quality diagnostic images for patient care
- Apply radiation safety principles and follow established imaging protocols
- Position patients accurately and provide compassionate patient care throughout imaging procedures
- Collaborate with radiologists and the interdisciplinary team to ensure timely diagnostic results
- Maintain accurate documentation and imaging records in the patient chart
- Perform routine QC checks on CT equipment and report any issues promptly to biomedical engineering
- Adhere to infection control and facility safety policies at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a CT Technologist or in Radiology (as listed in the posting)
- Current state radiologic technologist licensure as required by facility
- ARRT certification in Radiography or Computed Tomography preferred or eligible
- Demonstrated experience with CT imaging protocols and patient positioning
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively on a night shift team
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency with computed tomography equipment and imaging protocols
- Knowledge of cross-sectional anatomy and radiographic positioning
- Familiarity with PACS and electronic medical records for image handling
- Understanding of radiation safety and quality control procedures
- Patient-centered care approach with strong clinical judgment
