Shift Type: Days to be determined; 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to geriatric patients and support their daily living needs
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility to maintain dignity and comfort
- Take and record vital signs accurately and report changes promptly to nursing staff
- Support safe transfers and fall prevention practices to keep residents secure
- Document patient care and observations thoroughly and professionally
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and families to deliver person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active GNA certification (required)
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain prior to start
- State nursing assistant/GNA registration as required by Maryland
- Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and required health screenings
- Compassionate attitude, strong communication skills, and a team-first mindset
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred; GNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Experience with activities of daily living (ADLs) and geriatric care basics
- Knowledge of infection control and patient safety procedures
- Ability to take and accurately record vital signs
- Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with residents and family members
- Good time management and reliable documentation practices
