Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents and patients
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team
• Support individualized care plans and accurately document care delivered
• Communicate clearly and kindly with colleagues, patients, and families
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and dignified environment for all residents

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (required)
• Active CNA authorization or ability to obtain state registration for Pennsylvania
• Current CPR/BLS certification (preferred or obtain upon hire)
• Demonstrated compassion, reliability, and strong communication skills
• Ability to follow care plans and work as part of a multidisciplinary team

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent plus completion of a state-approved CNA training program

• Patient care and basic nursing support
• Activities of daily living (ADL) assistance
• Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
• Infection control and safe care practices
• Clear, professional communication and teamwork
• Time management and reliable attendance
