Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care in a hospital setting
Assess patient conditions, monitor vital signs and communicate changes promptly
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Collaborate with physicians, therapists and multidisciplinary team members to coordinate care
Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatments and discharge plans
Document patient care thoroughly and maintain accurate medical records
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

Current, active RN license in the state of Florida (required)
BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred or available
Minimum of 1 year of recent acute care or hospital nursing experience preferred
Valid healthcare provider credentials and ability to pass background checks
Strong communication skills, clinical judgment and teamwork mindset

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) required; BSN preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Solid assessment and critical thinking skills
Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation best practices
Medication administration and IV management experience
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment
Customer-focused approach with compassion for patients and families
